Don't know if this information is needed or not but just in case.
I was trying to do and ftp install of rawhide from ftp.redhat.com and got
the following error when it was reading the package information.

Incidentally, a quick fix for anyone who uses foils is to grab the files
from tetex-latex-0.9-17, pu
the last one that i actually got to install was 01/15/2000. the ones as
of late have not been installable.

new versions, development work, etc.
