Smoked Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo Recipe (Crockpot)
1 cup chicken broth
1 package frozen shrimp or 1 lb. fresh shrimp
1-14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 Tbs olive oil
1 lb sausage, cut into ½-inch pieces,, I like the spicy kind.
1 medium onion, diced
1 red pepper, dic
