Has anyone seen this failure mode on a Grundfos CU200.
The tank full light is on and it keeps pumping ( green arrows working)
I suspect the CU200 just needs to be replaced, but as they are pretty pricy I’d
thought I’d ask around first.

Yes.
And if that light is on it’s supposed to stop pumping. Even if the float was
bad or maybe the wires were bad, if the cu200 is seeing a full tank signal it’s
supposed to shut off the pump.
And it’s not.
I’ve just never seen this failure mode before.
