like) individual (relay?) control on each circuit and CT Monitoring? I
suppose Arc Fault Trip and GFI are built in?

Yup we are talking to them, it is only a load center, no meter socket but
it can be programmed to disconnect loads for peak shaving

I did not recall that they include breakers so GFI and ARC would not be
included

Sounds similar to Smart Lumin, which is a 12 circuit smart relay system
that can be retrofitted to an existing MDP to avoid having to create a
critical loads panel.
