Hi Jay I have not worked on that unit, but I have worked on some other units. This a double conversion unit, it has double conversion, and I think you are talking of the 3000 VA unit. It has both a AC to Battery conversion and a Battery to AC conversion. So it has an efficiency and tare losses.
