Hi Jay,
Here is a partial answer to your question. This is per Schneider Electric
tech support a while back but doesn't speak specifically of firmware:
"Conext Battery Monitor works with legacy XW in every way except Start
SOC%, which is a feature associated with the Auto Gen Start option and th
Figured I would dig through the responses to this list topic since I posted it
as a poll, of sorts.
My final count was: 10 votes to flash, 4 votes not to flash.
Those who read all the responses probably know there are a few on either side
that would be OK with the other option.

Hi:
The Schneider Battery Monitor,
1. The battery monitor will operate independently and store battery
information into a micro-SD card. This info can be accessed by plugging
in a USB cord from your laptop to the BM. The data will show up as a new
hard drive in your laptop and the files will

So far 8+ years under the module in the shade, and about 4-5 if there in

I've dancing around the perimeter of this discussion but now wish to make that
one more not to flash. There are many ways to do any job. I have been
attaching things to roofs and cutting holes in roofs for a couple trades for 38
years and have yet to discover (or have a customer discover and co
I wouldn't install a comp roof system without the flashings myself, I am in
Northern California and the extreme weather both heat and cold are murder on
roofing.

Hello wrenches,
I've got an issue I'd like to put out there and see if anyone has heard of
this before I call BS on a generator tech.
We we're upgrading an off-grid site from series stacked stacked Trace 4024
to parallel stacked Magnum 4448 PAE inverters, changing battery bank,
adding solar, auto
Magnum Energy inverters have no capability to send current to the grid
(generator) through their inputs. Sounds like BS to me. What is this mystery
board that blocks AC current one way?

Mac,
I haven't heard of this board or had this problem; indeed, I'm not
sure if I have even ever worked on a 14RES (at Positive Energy we
used to be Kohler dealers last decade, but I'll let someone else
deal with them now). So my answer is just one of perspective.
Larry,
Ha! The mystery board? It's a Xantrex GTI, of course. They had a
bunch of them left over when the SW40XX Rev. 4.10 was discontinued
and they sold them to Kohler for cents on the dollar.
And if you believe me you might be interested in a bridge I have for
sale.
