I would suggest that you totally discharge the "reversed polarity" batteries
and connect them to a good charged battery they will recover their polarity and
once their memory has been restored they will happily take a charge. With a
completely dead battery, it is quite easy to get the battery ba
Both the BMK and the RTR (which I've been told is a more sophisticated
version of the ARC) are installed on this system.
We were not immediately able to access the fault history because of the low
voltage situation.

The only circuits that are connected to the batteries - other than (2)
MS4448PAE inverters - are the BMK and the SS relay (switching grid-tied
inverter output circuit).

I second tump.
Most likely a bad /cell battery took out the system.
As these are VRLA batteries, I'm curious do,the cases look damaged such as
expanded or sunk in?

One issue I see is that a 4.4 kW inverter is
being fed 7 kW. I don't know if this would
account for all you are seeing. Could the Magnum
could be shutting down on overcurrent?

It's 4.4 (x2) I parallel so should be ok. Usually if the battery based inverter
is too small the SB would "push" the voltage around until the SB disconnects.
