We have not seen any universal qualifications for ARRA funded projects,
although a number of RFQ’s have specified NABCEP as a requirement. It seems
as though each RFQ has been quite different in terms of installer
qualifications, probably a factor of who the contracting agent has work

Dry charge (not moist but true dry) can be stored for 5+ years easily.
The lower the humidity the better as the negatives will discharge in the
presence of air if they become wet.
One helpful option is to use cling film
