According to my pump charts a 10h.p. single phase pump will draw 9.8kW and a
max of 11.3kW. My suggestion would be to install a large enough pump to do all
of their watering needs in the 18 or so hours of Off-Peak and do a TOU. This
would dramatically improve the ROI.
