I have taken the opposite approach. Keep in mind that we have sunny winters, so angle makes a real difference; if the system is well designed the gennie only runs a few times in winter during storms. I strongly recommend pole-top racks, because it gets seasonal adjustment down to a (usually) one-

I don't have a photo, but have seen a pole mount, in the ground, run up the side of the building, supported by the building by a bracket, which can mount a tracking or non tracking pole mount. I have seen a pole mount ( don't recommend this) that was mounted through the house. One interes
