While compatible, I mentioned in another recent thread that Geocel 4500
lacks testing to ASTM standards. If you have an AHJ that cares about that
kind of stuff, you might want to pass it by them first. Geocel 2300 and
3300 do meet ASTM standards per the manufacturer.

If you can identify the brand, maybe try Anchor Products. We use their
hardware on TPO. We screw down the attachments (they also make a
non-penetrating version) and the roofer comes in behind to seal the patch.
It's a breeze.

Although we are seeing PVC more frequently than TPO these days, I still
think there are lots of TPO products readily available. This is the
standard type of vent boot we see roofers supply and install via heat
welding (depending on the brand of original roof you are working on):

I've used ChemCurb before with a Unirac two part standoff on membrane roofs
and it works really well. It's not the least expensive option but depending
on the size of your system it may work well. I think it works with many
different types of membrane so it may work with the TPO.
