Hi Dave
You can get a used Envoy-R to talk to the local microinverters, but you will
not be able to reassign it to the new site. You will have to beg Enphase to do
this for you. Sometimes this costs money if they think you are reassigning the
whole system to a new owner.
But why bother? The Envo
We too have a couple of customers whose Envoys have done the offline, memory
filled, then bricked issue and we are waiting for a good solution to be able to

Be very careful with old units on eBay. They may not be usable. There was a
security certificate update that was necessary to keep units communicating
with Enlighten. If the unit was offline and the update was not applied, it
was essentially bricked from a remote upgradeability standpoint. I can't
