What is the best method for testing the integrity of a DC and/or AC
lightning surg
Never heard of a good test as I would expect it to be destructive, these can
take A LOT of somewhat minor hits before failure and a failure is generally a
rupture or bulge, bottom line - if it looks good it likely is.

What is the best method for testing the integrity of a DC and/or AC
lightning surge arrestor? Specifically, i use the Delta LA units. I know
they should be replaced if they look Bar-B-Qued, but otherwise...?
