whether that might satisfy your utility, if you could find one. Talk about
inefficient. ramp up, ramp down, ramp up, ramp down, adjusting the output

Yea, I told her the old SWs were really inefficient at sell back, and
she should just forget about net metering. However, apparently it is
has an almost 10 kW array, and they used to get surplus checks back from
the utility. This might be another reason why the utility doesn't want
to reconne
Get an application for just a meter connect and go from there, the utility
can say no so get it off the application. I dont see any grandfather way as
it was disconnected and everything dies then.
