Hi Jeff, Yep had this problem a many times. The only "fix" I came up with was a new mate. Every time a new mate went in, problem went away. On the same note, I've got a Flexnet on a system and it seems less reliable than the mate. For example it was currently set to start at 55%, customer

Hello Jay and Tump, I set up a mate for autostart six weeks ago. Before leaving the remote job site I started the genny from the mate by raising the two minute start voltage above the current battery voltage and waited two minutes. The genny started confirming that the AGS was functioning

hi Tump, There was a recall of the Flexnets due to them reseting at the end of the month, could it be that? The main thing I"ve had is the control of the AGS goes bad for some reason. I have had no luck with "reseting" them, so I just replace them and send the old ones back for reprogram

L&Gs (ladies & gentlemen)I have a quad stack OB system w/ flex net DCCA & a mate 2. The Mate will lose the time & date settings repeatedly within a day or 2 of resetting it. I'm not on site, so I'm not sure IF all of the other settings get lost (I think not). Question; anybody seen this happening?
