NOPE this is a small in line valve inside the well casing. Check valve at the pump at the bottom of well ck valve at the "tank"tee" when one opens the system in the fall pressure inside the feed line pressure drops and this little valve opens and drains residual H20 from the line. On Apr 9, 2015
