Allan,
I have never used that Honda into a 4024 but have used the other inverter
generators with good results.
Sounds like the problem is in the Honda, everything else has been
eliminated.
The problem is convincing the dealer.

This man wrote me about a generator/inverter compatibility problem he's
having. I haven't heard of it before. I suspect it's more than just a simple
voltage-frequency issue, but I haven't heard of this or experienced it. Any
ideas?
