(Murphy's law is always in effect!) I would caution you in making any
assessment of the batteries. You really can't tell how much damage there is.

Not your problem. This is an issue between the customer and the vendor. This
scenario has no documented solution. The only product you can support are known
good batteries. Those that took a tumble are not that. Stay away from offering
any advice on reusing damaged batteries.
