RIP indeed, I will greatly miss Magnum. They were my go-to for small to
modest off-grid systems in very remote areas. Their little MMS series
inverter/charger was excellent for remote, seasonal hunting/fishing camps

Hey team 208 volts,
Hawaii does this all the time usually in multi level walk ups, and this
will result in low output from your range, water heater and dryer. It's a
cheap and easy solution for packem in and stackum up housing.
Remember 208 volts can be L to L, it can also be L to N and its the s
Hi drakeMaybe they tried to sell it but no offers?I wonder about OB as well. I have a difficult time believing the new owners paid much for it as they have basically abandoned the company, distributors, dealers as well as sales. That’s a lot of months with no sales. Maybe we will get all the info i
Similar to Outback, Magnum was purchased by a major corporation and its
product became less reliable. Maybe Outback will make a comeback under
its new owners. Time will tell.

Hi Dave,

commercial zones. Our utility will not change anything for us so we have
learned to be on the lookout for this scenario.
It's possible that the utility can tap to a higher voltage for you. You

Hi All,
I was just out of town installing a system for a friend just North of NYC.
I was confused when checking phase for consumption CT's when I found that
there was 120V L-N, but 206V L-L. I went and found the transformer, and
there was in fact one transformer for all the houses that I could see
