Wind Wrenchers,
I have been searching the internet extensively in search of a
replacement and improvement for the Bergey XL.1. Now that they are no
longer available, I have stooped to looking at anything that spins, looks
like the blades may stay on, a company that has been around for awhile,
Can anyone clear up for me if the ITC applies to replacement parts?
In this case batteries, I’m pretty sure no, but Im not totally sure.

I have been on both sides of the part of this process where this has
become somewhat normal for smaller installations. The company
overseeing the work has a Word template that is pretty clunky. I am not
a fan of this for some of the reasons stated, but the cost of on site
inspection by those who
