For your application, that battery seems like a great idea. I had a rep
from Michigan Energy Works drive all the way out to my off grid place in
New Mexico back in 90s to demo that inverter. Seemed like a good idea,
they just didn't have a good charge controller worked out for solar at
144 vdc

which is in the J185 profile, more akin to an L16 at 15"x7"x15" tall. I
haven't used this particular battery model and it's not commonly used in
