My original stab at this works; its a script based in an open-source
language called R. It easily handles the large data files. It will merge
the files, based on device type, pull out error codes etc. The problem is
that it is cmd line based and is a pain to customize when you are rusty
with cod

I would run MySQL on my computer and write a python script to import the
data to MySQL, and use a front end package to graph the data - it's pretty
easy to do.
If that's more than you can handle, go to Guru.com and setup an account,
describe what yo uwant done, and there's plenty of willing takers
Hi Mac -- yep, at about 50k data points Excel seizes up no matter how fast
your computer. You really need to use a database program after that point.
I had a friend arrange a web API into MySQL on our server and it works fine.

Chris,
I am impressed with a first look at Lifeblue. They seem much easier to
integrate that Simpliphi with their larger capacity and Soc data out
wireless!!! To me this is a huge feature for my clients and myself.
On first look I will say I have been testing the LG RESU10 since last
year. To me
Have you tried them, are they reliable?

Hi Jay and Dave,
LiFeBlue battery has a wireless Bluetooth monitor that is connected to the BMS
in each battery. SoC, current, cycle life, voltage, health, battery faults and
more is provided on the free IOS or Android App. Up to 62kWh at 48 volts
available today.

Hi Wrenches,
I am getting more and more zipped up SD card data emailed from clients from
their Outback Mate 3s, Sunny Islands and other systems that we have out
there. The data can be very laborious to process and will crash Excel most
of the time because of the sheer quantity of data. Also ofte
I also recently purchased a Variac. They are really nice for dialing in
voltage, especially when testing old AC equipment. Line voltage here is
almost 125 vac these days, while old tube equipment was designed for 110
vac. Its also a great way to slow down power tools for better
control. So
Put one or two of the lightbulbs on a Rheostat and uses for fine control
I got lucky and found an old ohmite load bank real reasonable

I have used a load resistor on a voltage controlled relay VCS from solar
converters and a USB data logger. I only used the relay because I didn't want
to kill the battery or sit watching. USB voltage loggers are good things to own
anyway.
