HI All; I just ran across a solar retailer in Colorado claiming to be a "CEC approved retailer". Ever heard of that? I looked it up and the Clean Energy Council in Australia has an CEC approved retailer list, which of course this company is not on the list. CEC is also the Consumer Electronic
