Hi Wrenches,
We have an upcoming install on a flat concrete roof. See attached pic.
We’ve used the Unirac tile hook, Pro Solar TileTrac, and QuickMount QBase
products all with mixed results. I would like to find something better.
Does anyone have a concrete tile product that they like?
Best,
We had an installation with 3, 7 let SMA's we did the same checks you did.
We found a AC contactor that was causing the problem, SMA agrees that this
can happen. Just a thought

Howard,
We haven’t installed Fronius inverters for a while, but I have some similar
experience with SMA and ABB arc-fault inverters. In only one case did we
have an issue where we actually had a workmanship issue – we found an MC4
connector where the terminal wasn’t fully seated in the housing.
How quickly, after reset, do you see a new arc-fault error? Same day?
Month later?
Have you tested string volts/amps?

We have two installations with Sunpreme GxB 350 bi-facial modules and
Fronius IG inverters. They keep throwing Error code 240 - arc fault on the
Fronius IG.
We've been up and down these installation three
