They are not hackers,and 99% are Nigerian.
But yes they are a scam - I think anyone that has a website with the name
solar anyplace on any page gets them daily.

message body about "credit", I file it in my Nigerian Opportunities

never for a group of items that would go together and make anything
resembling a system. I've never been tempted to even try to respond.
