Actually it is a Kogswell model G, sometimes referred to as a "poor person's
Quickbeam". I have one running Barlow Pass tires, no fenders. Cool ride.

I measure approx 37 mm wide on Mavic 317 rims which measure just over 22 mm
(on the outside). I am not sure what dimension you are looking for on
"height"; let me know and I will get that for you.
I did have Kojak 2.0s on a very different bike that I no longer have so I
can't really give a fair

Definitely not the ultralight Jitensha bar which is an alloy version of a
Nitto B206 bar which is normally CroMo.
Looks like it might be a MAP/Ahearne handlebar which is very similar to the
flat Jitensha but with some rise. The MAP/Ahearne can more accurately be
thought of as a modern version
Looks like a Nitto B602 Promenade bar.
