In this comparison it would certainly be nice to know the weights of each bike
& how much of that weight difference is in the wheels / tires. I cannot imagine
much difference in the weight of the frames?

Wow! I’ve not heard of this before. But, having had surgery for stenosis &
resulting severe, debilitating sciatica I can sympathize. Surgery BTW was
successful & miraculous. Reading now about piriformis prevention. FWIW, my very
upright position on my Clem with B67 has been transformational. But
They are often on e bay. Got mine like new for $75.00!

I did hear from seller. We had a conversation. That is a beautiful Clem but I

If memory serves, I think Rivendell themselves asked this same question on
their Instagram page. There were quite a few responses.
As for me, got to be my Clem L.
The long wheelbase with room for big tires are available on several models, but
only one is a step through. Game changer. Well actua
Beautiful! What are those water bottle cages?

I have the Velocity Cliffhangers and am happy with them. My 48mm tires work on
these rims very well. I could certainly go wider. I think you will find a lot
of love for Cliffhangers here.

The other Velocity option is the Quill. It’s lighter but I think they suggest

After swapping out my Tosco for a Bosco, I think I might want to get a
Boscomoose. So, if anyone has one for sale or possible trade, I might be
your guy. I have two questions however; is the Boscomoose quill as long as
my Faceplater stem? And, does anyone know the effective "stem" length on a

I cannot comment on the flyer. However, for my very upright position my B67 is
really perfect. Since getting it I no longer need or use padded shorts. I have
cycled probably 1,500 miles with it in total comfort. I’ve gone 4 hours
practically non stop & did a 6 day bikecamping adventure on it. Ze
