Hello. I have a SimpleOne with my name on it, so I'm starting to plan
the build. This'll be my first single-speed, and I have a question
(or three) for those among the group who ride Quickbeams: what's your
freewheel preference? Two cog or single cog? 16t? 19? Or something
in between? I ima
For those folks who use SKS Fenders, what tool do you use to trim/cut
the ends of the stays after you get the installation dialed in?
Something other than a saw, perhaps? Thanks for your input.

great question! i recently did the same thing, and knew right off the
bat that i was going with the jitensha nitto b206aa flat bar. i just
rec'd mine from natsumi at jitensha studio... they're beautiful:

in this riv video on fender installation (very cool vid, btw). anyone
know which pedals they are? for a moment i thought they were vo city

improvise the permanent installation of a 40-ish cm rear Honjo on to
the QB or Simpleone? I've recently discovered that in order to remove
the rear wheel out of the horizontal dropouts with the fender intact,
