Am I doing something wrong? I have a Brooks B17 and I'd like to slide it further back but the rails of the saddle narrow. It won't slide any further and right now my knees are directly above the pedal. Seems strange.saddle post the Kalloy that use to come with Rivendell build kits. --

Since my saddle doesn't have loops I opted for the Carradice SQR rack. Attaches to the seatpost (does not slide) and the rack disengages in a micro second to remove the bag. It has a little loop to even carry it around. I chose this over the Bagman; I love it and it lifts my bag up and away fro

I second Hammer products. Cramps are indeed due to inadequate water and loss of electrolytes. I've used both their pill form (for a 100 mile non-stop kayak racesnd the training) and have switched to the the "fizz" tablet that dissolves in water this year. Just add to your bladder or water bottle
