The fix was actually a multi-layered set up. Between the tube and the tire I used a Park Took tire patch. However, after an hour or so it began to bulge a bit so I wrapped the whole shebang in duct tape and unnattached the rim brake. The duct tape really seemed to keep the bulge from growing an
