My AHH is an older Toyo frame and it fits 52mm fenders no problem. No need
for dimpling or anything. I would think the fenders you have in mind would
work very well.

My 2019 Homer fit Velo Orange Zeppelin 52 fenders no problem.
It had 559 brakes as well, but it was a 650b tire size.

I have a Waterford AHH with 50mm Berthoud fenders, 42mm Tufo Gravel
Speedero tires, and Paul Racer brakes. It’s a tight squeeze but it works.

Greetings! I've completed some changes to my Gus that I was not at all
certain I needed. Although I have been very happy with the bike since
building it I was curious about a couple of things. First, rapid rise was
an itch I wanted to scratch. I splurged on an N.O.S. T400 Nexave from a

Hi Richard,
I am very happy for you that found success out of your curiosity in
changing up your cockpit to make it feel more comfortable in riding your
Gus. Truly, comfort is everything. It's great to hear that you rode 40
miles of single track over a period of two days ! That's wonderful !

This is absolutely wonderful @ !
I thank-you so much for your picture of my new blue 52cm Clem Jr. "L"
bicycle. I am very excited and elated at the same time.
Thank-you, again,

Meanwhile, 2 weeks into a set of fancy Rene Herse tires I ran over a

I absolutely hated the stock tires on the Clem (Kenda Kwik Nines at the
time). Maybe the worst feeling tire I’ve ever experienced. I can’t imagine
six years on those things!

It is the Kenda QwickNine. The beauty of these tires is that they don't
get flats in normal usage.
I have other bikes that I run ReneHerse tires on. But for what I use Clem
for, which is mixed terrain riding and commuting, they're great. And
they're very forgiving about air pressure. They ride
