Very nice! The simple and enjoyable act of riding a bicycle is captured
very well. Not all rides need to be epic with awesome mountain scenery.

It would be interesting to have a mixte leaning road frame and a there is a
hole in the lineup for a road oriented lugged taiwan made frame but that
would be a pretty large 180 from the second set of prototypes they had made.

This has me even more curious about this upcoming Hillibike model that's
supposed to be combining the Gus / Susie-Wolbis into one model. I'm
wondering if that will also lose the swoopy top tube? It would be a shame,
IMO, because it's a really lovely design feature and sets the bikes apart

Agreed! I have a keen interest in the new frame but only if it has the same lovely top tube.:)Sent from my iPhoneOn Aug 23, 2023, at 10:35 AM, Brian Turner wrote:This has me even more curious about this upcoming Hillibike model that's supposed to be combining the Gus / Susie-Wolbis into one model
Waterford supplied the decals. When I brought it up, he said "You know, we
probably still have some of those around here somewhere." Was happy to help
them find a use for those old decals before they closed up shop.

So, 26.8 is what you want for a Sam?

I can tell you that the Hunqapillar and Cheviot (both lugged models) use 26.8, at least in the batches represented in my household. Jay LonnerBellingham, WASent from my Atari 400On Aug 23, 2023, at 2:19 PM, Johnny Alien wrote:I think the lugged bikes (like the Sam) use 27.2 and the tigged stuff h
Interesting! I wonder if they've pivoted on what the Charlie is going to
be. Going lugged at the head tube, like the new Gus batch, is great but
losing the swoop tube would be a real shame (no offence Joe! Your custom
pulls it off better than this Charlie IMO). I would love to see it just be

I'm afraid there are too many limitations and individual differences that
make recipes difficult. Some people are vegan, vegetarian, keto, diabetic,
gluten free, soy free, shellfish allergies, etc.

Thanks, Roberta. This experiential data is very useful. I'm 5'11 with
long-ish arms and torso, but a 60cm does look a little too large. I can
ride a saddle height of 73cm, but I'm just as happy at 72cm, so the 55cm
seems to be more versatile.

That granola bar sounds awesome - do you bake them or just form them into a

and Bromptons that I haven't really needed to know the optimum height.
