should be pretty clear about what it covers and does not cover.

drilled out the front fork to accept a recessed allen.

Actually, since the OP just wants a nutted "Silver" branded model, you
could buy the Nutted set from VO and just swap out the caliper arm
that has the logo. A little easier that swapping the wierd bolt and
you'd still end up with a leftover Allen R556 set.

My Bleriot has the 45mm Honjos + CDLV tires. Plenty of room with that setup,
but I haven't bothered to try sticking Hetres in there.

include the extras of KoolStop brake pads. That said, purchasing both
the VO nutted model Tektro R556 ($72.00) and the Rivendell Silver

with Paul Centerpull brakes. Gobs of clearance for fenders. Right
now I have 26 x 50 SKS fenders (which are wy wider than 50mm, BTW)

I am size 15, wear very flexible sneakers, and use grip kings without issue.
Much better than my old setup (sidis and eggbeaters, which did occasionally
create numbness above 70-80miles).
