Yes they were a special for CTA a couple of years ago and show on the CTA web
site.. CTA has been pretty non responsive to emails of late though when I try
to buy them. Longleaf is looking into carrying them, and I told him to put me
down for a second set if/when he does.

These have been drilled to fit my bike so your bike should be close to
the same size or you are going to need to drill new holes in the
fenders which for most people would be a deal breaker.

Because those are just the standard chrome/silver-type finish. The
gold-tone (brass) finish on the Soma's is what caught my eye. Maybe
that's a market opportunity for Velo-Orange? A brass-colored
(anodized?) chrome fender for a reasonable price?

FWIW, I have over 2000 trouble free miles with the Hetre/Aer
I switched to the TA Pista early on, and believe I installed a 103mm
axel TA bottom bracket at the same time. I run a 17/19 White
Industries freehub on the back and it all works great.
