With your 7402 "tensioner" you could run a tiny short cable, such that twisting the barrel adjuster pulls it from the 17 to the 19. I run that setup on a different bike. I'm summiting mount Diablo once a month, and I'm plotting which month this summer I ride my 3x1 Romulus. Maybe July. B
