That is what I did, as well as using shortish stems -- 8 cm. The bikes fit and feel and handle perfectly. The new Sam Hill is a 56 with a 59 tt and came with a 10 cm stem; I simply kept the bars high -- about 1/2 inch above saddle versus 2" below for the others -- tho' considerably lower than they
