Hi Leah, You could try experimenting with the tire pressure and then standing up and riding. For my wide tires, I ride with low tire pressures, but if it is "too low" for me, then the bike starts to bounce kinda like a trampoline when I stand on my pedals. I don't know if that's the same feeling
