Strategically placed circles of multi-layer'd electricians' tape works for
me, and quickly gains that desirable beausage ("bow -- SAHJ").

I've been using Iris cages for years with my Kleen Kanteen. They work
great together. If they rattle, put a zip tie between the bottom two
loops in the cage to limit how far apart they can open.

I just bought some of the Iris cages and hope they'll be fine. The problem
w/ the lovely Nitto cages is the top bend that's made to hold onto the
plastic bottle. I considered straightening it, but don't want to live with
the consequence of not doing a good job on that!

My 3 stainless steel, double-wall bottles fit fine in any standard cage, as
does my 16 oz LL Bean thermos, also ss.

I'm using the regular king cage. And the only thing I found is to take
some rubber bands and wrap around it a few times.
it keeps the noise down and the rubberbands keep it from movin

I use them with King cages and they work very well. I use the cages that
have the non-standard shape, the cage is shaped like a V. I can't remember
what they're called.

The Nittos? I have the Nittos and put a 27oz bottle in, and looks like it
wouldn't stay put for more than a ride around the block. That was just
guesstimating though as I didn't actually ride around said block with them.
