Unless there has been a change to the brake bridge, 700x32mm tires (30mm actuals) are about the biggest you will typically fit under fenders on a Rambouillet with adequate clearance. It was designed around 28s with Fenders and 35/38 without fenders. People have gone bigger but it takes fiddly w
