This suggestion might be far fetched, but just in case: when I was using Silvers mounted on bar end pods, and when the bolts (I assume you meant "bolts" and not "nuts") with the rings kept loosening, as they do, I replaced them with allen head bolts and kept them snug with blue Loctite. In short,
