I think the tubes I use are regular weight 35-38mm 700c tubes in my 2" 700c (29er) tires. These tubes weigh a bit less than regular 29er tubes, and I like saving that little bit of weight off of the huge amount of mass that's already there. Mentally makes me faster. On Thu, Apr 21, 2011 at 5:32

Do you means size or brand? I have Conti, Cycle Pro and other "29er" tubes that will work in anything from a 45 to (in my case) a 65 (the Contis are labeled "28"). I've had problems with Cycle Pro (I think that's the brand; cheaper ones) in smaller sizes but not so far with the fat ones -- possibly
