I just replaced the tubeless tape on my sl23 wheels last week with Stan's
21mm yellow tape. The old ones were blue also. Setup went smoothly and no
issues thus far.

black Gorilla tape. it rips to width. been using it for years with 0 issues.
Enve even supplies it with their high end rims. better than any official
tubeless tape on the market today I MO.

Blue seal tape is probably velocity. I use Orange seal rim tape 24mm for my
pacenti brevet which is 25mn outside and 19mm inside.

running them tubeless with Orange Seal and Compass Babyshoe Pass tires.
