It's pretty much $20 per wheel. You pay "dimensional weight" in most
cases, so it doesn't matter that they weigh nothing.
Just shipped 2 wheels Portland OR to CT and it was $40.

Yes--Go to a UPS distribution facility if you can. I recall shipping a bulky
package a few years ago from a UPS facility for a third of what a storefront
location quoted me, even though the storefront insisted their price would be
the same.

Watch out for retail storefront UPS and FedEx. I have been surprised
a few times at the quoted prices. If you send two wheels, don't send
em in separate boxes. At least tape the boxes together into one
