As I understand it the Paul Road Thumbies are by definition a 26.0mm clamp diameter, which means, by definition, you will clamp them on the sleeve of your 26.0mm road handlebars. If you choose to move them to the 23.8mm non-sleeved part of your road handlebars, you'll have 2.2mm of space to ta
