Sounds like a lack of friction. Try adding a star lock washer to the stack'o'stuff under the D-ring, and/or a "wobble washer". There is probably a more correct term for these but they are washers that are formed as a continuous spring, not flat but out of plane. dougP On Sep 7, 2:05 pm, mho wr
