+1 Grant's description is long and complicated and VBs are complicated too. They are really just for really cold weather, using them in summer is difficult as if you do sweat you wake up in a pool of water. The feel of them is also a real negative. I find it far easier, and more comfortable, to us

I was hoping to hear some reviews too. I have an outdoorsy friend who has tried his vapor barrier with mixed results here in the Colorado mountains. I think Grant's discussion of how to use it, under the product description, is quite useful. But I am a little intimidated to just take a summer bag
