I can confirm John's report (that he wasn't one of them) as he and I crossed path in Berkeley. I saw a city-style quickbeam parked in front of one of my restaurant (Long Life Vege House in Berkeley), and seconds later saw John walking toward it. I unfortunately, wasn't on my Rivendell. I had just
