I have two LEFT-side 22.2 orphans, one silver and one black. These can
also be (depending on your shifter) setup "Rivendell style", inverted
on the right hand side.

Rivendell Bicycle Works sells the Shimano variant in 22.2mm clamp
diameter. Is that the one you need?
