I have equipped an old Motobecane with a periscopa stem and Albatross bars. I rode the set-up two days ago for about 15 miles and found it quite comfortable. I did have to move my hand position forward, toward the stem, on the Albatross bars, otherwise the handling was a bit twitchy. That is
