I used the Riv German mirror on my two camping trips last year. Properly adjusted, it helps you see much further behind than a quick head turn. As for helmet - don't wear helmets. Nor do I like a lot of weight on my nose. My ultra light Ti Rx sunglasses annoy my nose as it is. A glasses mounte
